The four-day training course “Safe Design of Machinery” provides the fundamental knowledge needed to ensure occupational safety and health during the development and manufacture of machines and systems. The goal is to comply with legal and regulatory requirements and to design machines that are safe and legally compliant from the outset.

Day 3
- Verification with SISTEMA
- V-Model for safe software development
- Validation of protective measures
- Inspections before commissionin
Day 4
- Trial operation and acceptance of machinery
- Liability law with case studies
- Assembly and modification of machinery
- Responsibilities during machine modifications

Requirements
Basic knowledge of occupational or machine safety, or at least two years of experience in the field of machinery
Completing the course
- Multiple-choice test at the end of the four-day course
- Certificate “Expert in Machinery CE Compliance” by TÜV Thüringen if you pass the test (Valid for 5 years)
