Safety Switch CET

The saftey switch CET with guard locking is based on the proven transponder principle. This technology is also used in the non-contact safety switches CES. When closing the safety guard (hinged or sliding door), the springloaded transponder in the actuator is inserted into the cavity of the safety switch. The read head integrated into the switch detects the closed safety guard in its locked position. The CES evaluation system enables the safety circuit when teh safety guard is locked. When the moving parts of the machine come to a standstill, the solenoid integrated into the switch is activated by a safe standstill monitor or by a timer relay. The plunger of the magnet then raises the springloaded transponder, which allows the safety guard to be opened.
